Soak a washcloth in the mixture and gently wipe the affected areas for immediate relief. Alternately, you can also mix the Essential Oils with a carrier Oil such as Almond Oil, and apply this to the area where you have Hives.

What you will need:
Eucalyptus Essential Oil,

This is another good recipe to help you out if you are fighting congested sinuses that stop you from breathing, give you headaches, and drive you insane. Ingredients
10 to 13 drops of Peppermint essential oil
2 tablespoons grated tea beeswax

Procedure
Set the Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil and beeswax in a double boiler. In the absence of double boiler, you can put the oil in a small glass bottle and put the bottle in a pan of water with something under the bottle to keep it raised from the bottom of the pan and away from the direct heat. Direct exposure to heat may destroy the healing properties of essential oils. Heat gently (not boiling!) until the wax melts.
Remove from heat and let this mix cool for about 20-30 seconds. Now add Peppermint oil and stir gently with a wooden spoon, chopstick, or bamboo skewer (use anything except metals).

Mix by using a hand blender for about 15 minutes until you see white peaks appearing.
Store the resulting mix in a glass container. These jars are great.
Massage using this blend making round circles directed towards the heart to promote better blood circulation (i.e. start from your ankles and proceed towards the legs).
This body butter can be preserved for about six months. Store this at room temperature. During warm weather, the body butter may slightly melt. You may keep this in the fridge if this happens (or if perhaps you like cold body butter).
Note: I do not recommend using this body butter during the night. These circulation-boosting essential oils raise your blood circulation and they are also very stimulating! So, this could disrupt your restful sleep.

There are no known adverse effects of using cinnamon; but it may cause irritation to the skin or to the nasal passage if not diluted properly before use. Cinnamon can be taken as a supplement or it can be inhaled.

4. Myrrh
Myrrh can help control blood sugar levels. Its antioxidant properties support the immune system, making it one of the best oils for people suffering with diabetes. Myrrh is also a natural antioxidant and antiseptic and contains powerful healing properties. It is considered as safe, except for young ones under the age of six or pregnant women. It can be used in a diffuser, as a food grade supplement or for the topical application.
